Option #1 - Sharing Using FamilySearch Memories
There is a simple “share link” icon (in red) that, when selected will create the share link that can then be copied into an email or text message to anyone. When they receive the link, the can simply click on the link and be taken to FamilySearch page you share with them.

In the example above, I simply used that share link and created a “hyperlink” for this webpage.
If you don't have a lot of photos or recordings, FamilySearch makes a great place to store these items. Don't forget to write a little story about your photo(s). Pictures are worth a "thousand words", but an interesting photo with a story attached to it is far more fun to share with others.
If you do have a lot of media items that you still want to share, consider Option #2 below.
Option #2 - Sharing Your Media Using "Cloud Drives"
Using "Cloud Drives” allows you to send others links to individual files, or complete folders that then allows them to access those files/folders on their end. You can set the security permissions that can allow full access to those files, like modifying, deleting, or even adding files to a folder. Most of the time you will set the permissions to “View Only”. They are not allowed to modify or delete any files you share with them. They can only view them.
As an example, I have MANY photos of my cousins and me in my digitized collection of photos. My cousins unfortunately do not have photos of themselves when young. When they found out that I had all these photos of us as younger kids, it was acutally quite easy to pull any photos of them from my collection using metadata searches, and then copying those photos to a shared folder on my Dropbox drive. A link was sent to them, and they could copy whatever photos they wanted within the folder onto their computer. There were over 300 photos available to them to keep for their collection.
